How do I incorporate myself in Texas without a lawyer?
I recently spent $500 on the services of an attorney to incorporate myself in the state of Texas. In addition to that, I also paid the $300 state filing fee for a total of $800. How could I have done this on my own and saved $500?
The only reason why I sought the services of attorney is because I wasn’t really sure what to do but it seems to only be routine paperwork that I could’ve done on my own.

when your credit report take a tradeline off after 7 years means you dont owe the debt anymore,HELP?
i owed couple credit cards debts over $10 k,,,i waited for 7 years till the credit bureau wiped them off,,the tradelines debts on my credit reports are gone,but i called both banks and they told me i still owe them the money,,arent they supposed to be cleared after 7 years,,for how long gonna stay in the bank,can they sue me?
What is the best place to incorporate an online business that has 1 to 3 employees? I don’t like taxes?
I am creating an online business. It looks like Wyoming or Nevada will be the best places to incorporate. I don’t know how much difference either will make. I want to pay as little in taxes as possible and have as little paperwork as possible and as few reports to the state as possible. Does anyone know the place to incorporate where all these ‘wants’ would be fulfilled?

I am looking for the actual papers filed under the Georgia nonprofit corporation code, for a homeowners association called Surfside Property Owners Association. Is this information available on the web, and if so, could you please tell me how to access this particular filing?
