i am looking to apply for a business credit card for my small business that i have. my credit score is 566 but i am working with a credit repair agency to get it fixed. what are some good sites to go to for this.

How does one go about selling stock in a new, private corporation ?
When forming a new corporation, I want to know how to sell stock of that corporation to raise capital to grow the business. This is possible for a brand new company, right? Or must it be established in order to sell stock? (I’m sure that’d help, but it’s not necessity is it?) I know it requires finding private investors to purchase the stock, but primarily what I want to know is how to go about setting things up to do that.
I have several ideas for businesses that I want to start, but I don’t have the capital to do it. I was thinking I could start a corporation to house these various businesses, and sell stock in said corporation to raise funds for those businesses.

I work for a company that issues credit cards to a number of the employees who make frequent purchases. I have one that is from the company that list both my name and the sompany name. Does that credit card appear on my credit report since it is tied to my social security number?
Do you need to submit Articles of Incorporation in the state of Texas when forming a General Partnership?
My understanding is that Articles of Incorporation are for businesses with a corporate structure and not for general partnerships.
How can I get a certified copy of a certificate of incorporation? A legal duplicate of an original?
I know I can get it through incorporation registry services on the web. Is there any way to get it directly from the Secretary of State or some other government agency? Thanks.
Has anyone used an online company to file Articles of Incorporation vs. using an attorney?
