Collection Tradelines?
I have two collection accounts on my report with ASSet Acceptance. The 1st account (A) is scheduled to be removed on 3/2007 (according to TransUnion). I have agreed to pay ASSet on account (A) $50 per month and will be doing so WAYYYY after the original creditor charge off is off my credit report. On account (B), I have already paid them off (through ASSet). My credit report has a tradeline for both collection accounts under AND a tradeline for both accounts with the original creditors.
My question is: When both accounts have aged out and are removed will the ASSet tradelines be removed as well. Remember, one is paid off and the other will go on until GOD knows when..(I owe $8000+).

Cannot find our Articles of Incorporation anywhere. Is there a gov’t agency that keeps these on file? Can we redo them if necessary? If yes, do they have to backdated to 1998 - the date the company started?

Need to get my articles of incorporation? California?
So, my partner and I have our EIN number. Just no articles of incorporation. We faxed the paperwork to the appropriate number which is the last instruction that we got. We told the state the percentages owned, etc. and now need to open a bank account. Can’t do that without the articles of incorporation… How do we get them? Make em up and submit them to the state? Wait for them to be sent to us? We used an online company to incorporate us, so we don’t have an attorney to ask, just thought someone here might know…. Thanks if you do!
Can an agent / board member of an Incorporation represent the Incorporation in a legal eviction case?
I have a rental contract with a tenant, signed on behalf of the incorporation, can the agent of the incorporation or any board member represent the incorporation in an eviction case in Chicago?

Business Line of Credit - personal guarantee consequences?
I stood guarantee for the business line of credit. The business is almost gone and the loan stands at 95,000 USD. Bank is coming after me. What do i do ? Personal bankruptcy has been suggested by friends. what are the consequences of personal bankruptcy? I am so very worried. Is there a nicer resolution for this? My credit score is very good right now.
