I recently opened a business account with us bank and they auto signed me up for these services, is it illegal to do this without my permission? if it is what should i do about this?

I am in the process of starting an LLC, I don’t have very good credit. Is there any way I will be able to get a business credit card? Does anyone know of one I might be able to get approved on?

Also, how do they decide if I’m approved? Does personal credit matter?

Okay, this is a long-shot. I can’t figure out how to make a patio work with the current structures in our yard. I’m going to describe our yard, and maybe one of you will (1) understand my description and (2) have some ideas!

You step out of the back door onto a concrete stoop/steps that are cracked and crumbling. At the bottom of the steps you stand at the end of a short sidewalk that connects to the driveway. The sidewalk is also cracked and is tilting. Directly to your right, less than an arm’s length away, is a gate for the fence that separates the driveway and the yard. The gate is across the sidewalk. Walk in just about a straight line, and you enter the people door for the garage.

How would you incorporate a patio?
The fence is literally inches away from the door and sidewalk. A deck will make the fence short enough for our dog to jump over, and because of village codes the fence can’t be any taller. We can’t build a deck.

I own a small home theater business basically out of my house. I buy products from authorized wholesalers, and then sell them retail. I’ve mainly been running on a cash/check basis. I have a business checking account. But I now have a big customer who wants to pay with a credit card.

Are there any good credit card services available that have low fees?
