What happens to assets of a corporation that has dissolved?
If a Delaware corporation owns an aircraft which is registered with the FAA, what might be the ramifications if such corportation were to disolve for lack of payment of fees to state of Delaware ($60) and registered agent ($95). Note that FAA related mail comes to the aircraft owner’s address rather than the Deleware registered agent address.
Consider that the corporation has no creditors.

Is it normal for a corporation to get audited every year?
I started working for an engineering corporation and we got the news that we are being audited. I just talked to the financial manager (aka owner’s wife) and she just told me that they get audited every year and that it is normal for corporations. Is this normal? It seems really shady.
It is being audited by the state of Lousiana. But it does make sense that an outside company would audit a corporation for its stakeholders. Thanks.
