How will my late, but current payment history effect my needed Alt. Tradelines when verified for an FHA loan?

I am trying to get an FHA loan. I need 3 alt trade lines. My bills have been late in the past 12 months, but are current. Just paid late. When the trade-line (AEP, Time Warner, Columbia Gas, verizon, etc.) is verified will they tell about my past late history? I don’t want to use them if they will hurt me. Are they any way to find out with each of them, without rocking the boat so to speak? Is there anyway to get them to delete the late pay history since I have a zero balance do?
